Parsons Green Land Limited was founded in December 2000 by property consultants Tom Ainsleigh Jones and Roger Smith who have over fifty years combined experience in the commercial and residential property sectors.

Their vision was the start of a new venture which would acquire and develop high quality residential property for the discerning Central London markets.

Each property would be specifically interior designed to provide a bespoke residential space. Featuring solid oak flooring, granite work surfaces and over height doors, in short a contemporary product at a reasonable price.
